The City School operates multiple Lahore campuses across early years, primary, middle, Matric, O Level and A Level pathways. Its official website publishes a detailed admissions procedure and age guidance.

For Playgroup–Kindergarten, The City School assesses reading/vocabulary, colours and numbers, confidence, spoken English and motor skills. Admission tests and interviews with both parents are scheduled, and results are normally shared within a week.
