How EduRaasta handles school information.
Parents need useful information. Schools need fair representation. Our data model is designed to make the difference between researched, confirmed and unknown information visible.
Public-source research
We may create an initial profile using attributable sources such as official school websites, official campus directories and current published branch information.
Unknown stays unknown
We do not invent fees, facilities, admissions status or map coordinates just to make a profile look complete.
School confirmation
After an authorised school representative claims a campus, their confirmed current information can replace older public-source data.
Freshness matters
A school-confirmed profile enters a six-month review cycle so contact, admissions and other details are periodically checked again.
What the badges mean
EduRaasta tied the information to an attributable public source and recorded when it was checked.
An authorised user for that campus confirmed information through the School Portal.
The school may be listed, but that particular record has not yet reached the same verification threshold.
Contact details are shared only after a parent chooses to enquire.
Child profiles and parent contact details are private to the parent account. A school sees contact details only when the parent explicitly sends that campus an admission enquiry or visit request.
See something outdated?
School administrators can claim their profile, confirm the current information and join the six-month review cycle.
